1. An open line of communication between you and THE BILLET COORDINATOR is essential. If there are any questions or concerns, no matter how small they may seem, it is important to discuss them with THE BILLET COORDINATOR right away.
2. Players must follow your house rules.
3. Players are required to make their payment ($300.00) to you on the 1st of the month. This fee is for room and board only and not spending money for the player. If you do not receive your payment on the 1st, please notify THE BILLET COORDINATOR immediately.
4. If your player needs medical attention, please call THE BILLET COORDINATOR immediately. If you are not able to reach THE BILLET COORDINATOR, please use your discretion.
5. Players are required to keep their room clean and do their own laundry (assuming you will allow him to use your washer). Please designate an area for dirty laundry, if you want to wash the player’s clothes.
6. If the player causes any damage to your property, please contact THE BILLET COORDINATOR immediately.

12. Players must be home each evening by ________ Sunday through Thursday. The only exceptions are in cases where we have late practices. In these instances, players must be home no more than one hour after the conclusion of practice.
13. On Friday and Saturday nights, the player will be home no later than _______ . The only exception is in cases where we have late games. In these instances, players must be home no more than one hour and 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
14. Players are not expected to baby sit your children. We do, however, want them to interact and have a good relationship with them.
15. If you attend church, players are not expected to attend with you; however, we would appreciate you extending an invitation to your player.
16. The player is not allowed to have girls in your home at any time.
17. Players are not allowed to give out your phone number to anyone except his family.
18. If you leave to go out of town (with or without the player), please notify THE BILLET COORDINATOR before leaving.
We want this to be a positive situation for both the player and the host family. The key is to communicate any issues with THE BILLET COORDINATOR as soon as they arise so they can be resolved immediately. The success of our program depends on our ability to bring players in and make them a part of our community. We are not able to do that without local families taking our players into their homes. We thank you for your participation.
